The Camping and
Caravanning Club is organised into Regions, and District Associations within
these Regions. Bucks, Herts and Middlesex District Association (DA) sits
within the Chiltern Region of the Camping and Caravanning Club.
The DA exists to provide
low cost camping and social activities, mainly at weekends. These are
organised by members for members. Typically, these are meets at country
locations where some social activities may be arranged; these locations are
spread mainly across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. For details of our

Bucks, Herts and Middlesex
DA is one of the oldest DA's within the Camping and Caravanning Club, being
formed in 1923, some 22 years after its founding.
Organisation of the DA is
vested in a Committee who are elected to serve at an Annual General Meeting
for terms of between 1 and 3 years. Committee Members retire by rotation,
but are entitled to offer themselves for re-election. Committee Members give
of their time voluntarily, and are unpaid.
As befits a National Club
with the slogan "The Friendly Club", Bucks, Herts and Middlesex DA are no
exception. A warm welcome is extended to all members of the Camping
and Caravanning Club whether first time visitors to one of our meets or,
seasoned ralliers. We therefore look forward to meeting our friends
both old and new in the season ahead.
