ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Sunday 21 March 2021; 11am.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions we have been advised by HQ that we must hold a virtual AGM on Zoom. If you wish to attend the AGM, it is a club requirement that we check your Membership Card is valid at the time of the meeting and you are a member of our DA.
To allow us to check this requirement please EMAIL your interest to attend our AGM and a copy of the membership card (photo) for each person attending and we will send you the access code for the meeting nearer the time of the meeting.
If you are interested in standing for committee and joining in organising the meets and events please also indicate your interest and we will contact you.

Your attendance at this meeting is appreciated as without your attendance we cannot hold the AGM and NO AGM means NO DA.
All those who attend the AGM must be members of the Bucks Herts and Middx DA and as we may be limited to the number of connections, all applications will be dealt with on a strictly first come first served basis.

STOKE BRUERNE - AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY
Date: Thursday 26 August to Tuesday 31 August 2021

SITE OPENS at 2pm - PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 2pm
Fees: £12 per unit per night (tbc)
Stewards: BHMDA Committee
SORRY NO DAY VISITORS ALLOWED ON SITE
Upon arrival, please have the correct cash ready to place in a bag which will be sealed and placed into a bucket. You will be asked to complete on the label:
> Your name
> Your contact telephone number
> Your Camping and Caravanning Club membership number
> Number of nights stay
> Total cash deposited
> Vehicle Registration Number
Please note, we are minimising the handling of cash on site, so it will NOT be possible to give any change. Please ensure you have the right amount of cash ready.
You will then be directed to a pitch.
When using the water supply and elsan points, you will be required to provide your own gloves and disposable wipes, be expected to wear a face covering, and ensure social distancing at all times.
Fish and Chips van man will be coming to site on Friday teatime (6pm-ish). If you purchase from him, you will need to wear a face covering to approach his vehicle to be served.

The site is close to the Grand Union Canal and there is a pub (The Navigation) within a few minutes walk.
We SHALL be observing Government guidance with regard to social distancing and hygiene.
Campers will be required to bring their own face coverings, sanitiser, disposable gloves and cleaning supplies.
Sorry but we are UNABLE to permit day visitors to site.
It may not be as much fun as usual, but at least it will be a change of scenery!
